Enable obstetricians to enter Date & Time of Birth is CS workflow

Currently, in our CS workflow (30) Obstetricians can record knife to skin and other dates/times, but not Date & Time of Birth due to database restrictions - patient level vs baby level. Can this be looked at for future dev please?

We need to record Co monitoring for every contact with pregnant women . It is not available on every questionnaire - can we add it for every time we see a woman e.g. AN contacts, AN admissions, Pre Delivery etc?
