For those Trusts that use Community Offline - are you able to run your Community Offline from tablet and laptop or just laptop? Can you access your records in Community in realtime when wifi is available? Do you download your visits before hand and can you access via wifi at the womans house to upload? Do you work from Children's Centres / GP surgeries / or have to return to hospital to download / upload via wifi? Can you access wifi throughout the day to upload your data?

Can I ask which Trust / Hospital you work for?
We use tablets, but Offline also works on Laptops. If wifi is available the online E3 gives the real time record, but offline is only as up to date as when it was downloaded.
Visits/clinics are downloaded in advance and usually uploaded at the end or the clinic/ all visits in one go, rather than one patient at a time.
We work in all of the settings you list and may use wifi in any of the locations or many midwives down load/ up load when they are back at home on their own wifi.
