Has anyone else made any progress/suggestions to the LMS requirement to provide data on continuity of care pathways and, if so, any ideas? We were/are thinking of adding a single/additional question along the lines of 'Is this woman on a continuity of care pathway? Yes/No (if no why not) but would be interested to know what are people think/are planning?

We are being asked to confirm those women who have solely midwifery led care.
At present, there is no question to capture this. Thought 0 have a question at the end of third stage which asks Midwifery or Obstetric led care in this pregnancy? This will ensure that those women who were originally midwife led care and then moved to obstetric care.
What do others do?
OK... we now have COC questions in our BOOKING questionnaire. Has anyone also started capturing this information at delivery/postnatally too?

we are all being tasked with producing data for :Number of women booked onto a continuity of carer pathway from March 19 onwards - see attached
It would be good to have an agreed approach to collect this information
Have Euroking taken any steps to addressing this please as this is now more pressing.
At Blackpool we would also like to be able to select the designated team but with the facility to add the name of the midwife as well.
Yes we urgently need a question added to collect this data
I expect we all have different team set ups but for us (NNUH) we would like to be able to select the designated team
