Please could E3 attachments be stored at pregnancy level rather than patient level’ Also, despite a filter being available could all attachments be listed in chronological order please?
By storing the data at patient level there is a higher risk of human error occurring in the use of the attachments, ie, by using attachments relating to a previous pregnancy.
