Addition of Telephone Contacts to the Patient's Time-Line

I have been advised that addition of the telephone contacts to the timeline is currently not possible via the available settings in E3 as the Timeline in E3 is hard coded with the application.

The helpdesk have advised that "this will need to be raised on the Ideas Portal for a consideration to a change in a future release of the application, as this will need the Development Team to add something like this into E3".

WOuld anyone else find this a useful addition?
