Currently by default pregnancies will auto-close in E3 either:

300 days after booking
or
60 days after delivery date

But this doesn't help close out of area women who we see for AN or PN contacts that never book or deliver with us. This then impacts further down the line when they get pregnant again, and we end up with new AN contacts on top of the old pregnancy contacts.

We would like an automatic closure of pregnancy at a specific set gestation, for example 60 weeks, to allow for extended postnatal care.
