Risk and Alerts Pane on the Patient home Screen populated with a Title of Medication and Vaccinations Administered. This is to be automatically populated from the relevant work flow questions answered.
Currently the Midwives have to scroll through the patient notes to find this information. Populated in one area would make things more efficient.
