Wellbeing Maternity Ideas Portal

Please add the ability to pull national codes through on StatsBuilder  

E.g. Maternity care setting and Type of birth

Support have reported that unfortunately, they cannot currently add items into Statsbuilder like mapping codes to map to certain answers in E3 and suggested addition of this idea to the Portal.
