BMI Calculation Error in StatsBuilder

We have identified an issue with BMI calculation in StatsBuilder.

StatsBuilder will return a result of "Insufficient data" unless the weight and height are entered as follows:

  • The height needs to be entered with two decimal places
  • The weight needs to be entered as a whole number

Many of our staff enter the weight with 1 or 2 decimal places to prevent rounding up to the nearest whole number.

The BMI calculation within Euroking still works, and displays on the booking report. It is only within StatsBuilder that the calculation needs the height and weight to be entered as above. Any data that we pull from StatsBuilder that involves BMI I am having to export to Excel and calculate within Excel.

I have logged this with the Help Desk and been notified that "This will need some development work to get around the Statsbuilder error, I cannot give an estimate of when this might be fixed by"

Does anyone else have this issue? Perhaps we could get this highlighted with development?

Thank you
