Auto Email sent to records to Submit new "J" numbers

Currently when J numbers get to their threshold, the notification only appears in E3. and can be ignored or forgotten. The suggestion is to send an Automated email to Health Records and Other administrators within within the trust.

Auto Save on Fastrack

When entering details on Fastrack, the Midwives sometimes to forget to Save, due to the pressures they are under. This has a knock on effect to issue of Double "J" numbers. then delay in moving info from one to another.
